Civic Drive Max Station

The lightrail Max station at Civic Drive celebrates arrivals to and departures from the city with paving patterns in the form of planks referencing Gresham’s history as a lumber town. Located at the edge of the Wallua cut, existing Douglas Fir trees and lush native planting beds frame the platforms.

This station is the first step toward a transit-oriented development that will eventually include a plaza with adjacent retail, office buildings and housing. Lango Hansen worked with architects to develop a master plan for this development, creating a template for the future design with this first phase station.
