PSU Academic & Recreation Center

Blending seamlessly with the adjacent Urban Center Plaza, the Academic & Recreation Center is a hub of activity at this gateway to PSU’s downtown campus. Lango Hansen completed the new building’s ground-level pedestrian improvements including the south side of the Urban Center Plaza and a fifth-floor roof terrace.

The roof terrace garden incorporates outdoor space for social events and student or faculty gatherings. It features an extensive planting area as well as integrated bench seating along raised planters.
